Currently, there is not automatic categories in the Babel Extension. There are already several automatic categories made with the Babel templates under this main category:

Categoría:Usuarios por idiomas

The Babel Extension can use its scheme of subcategories:

Categoría:Usuario es-N
Categoría:Usuario es-0

and so on.

Can you provide us with a link showing community consensus to enable automatic categorization with this extension? Link to an on-wiki discussion is preferable, thanks!

I followed the format you are already using and viewable at http://es.wikinews.org/wiki/Categor%C3%ADa:Usuarios_por_idiomas

I skipped the 5th level since it doesn't seem to be used on eswikinews.
