The default bug recipients in Parsoid need to be updated: Remove mtraceur@member.fsf.org Add sananian@wikimedia.org mail@marcoil.org Is there a way for us to tweak those settings and possibly default assignees, possibly even by component?

On a related note, Andre can we put a list of users who have these separate rights (editcomponents etc) on Meta, perhaps on the Sys admin page so people who are looking for someone to do something with Bugzilla might be able to find people that aren't "full" admins to help?

(Plus I'm rather lazy to keep another list on the wiki in sync with the Bugzilla database for no obvious gain.)
