Somewhere in the past the level of the headings in the sidebar changed. Both levels were supported for a period of time but now the CSS that made them looking the same was removed.

What a hassle for such a simple correction.... There should be a web interface for editing and committing.

Please note that this makes the master version of this extension incompatible
with MediaWiki 1.20 and older; the tags for ExtensionDistributor are set
sensibly, so this shouldn't be an issue, but it might be worth noting
somewhere.
