same language code twice

On Wikipedia, when I click "add links", and "Link with pages" gadget opens, and I write some code like "sv", "svenska" is twice there, when it should be only once. Not all languages are twice.

This seems related to which languages have Wikivoyage editions... presumably one entry is Wikipedia and the other is Wikivoyage.

I see this for en, fr, it, de, ru, nl, sv, es and pt (probably not coincidentally, these were the early Wikivoyage editions)
