While trying to use FR on MW 1.19, I imported the infobox template.  One dependency was the pp-meta template which uses the PENDINGCHANGELEVEL magic word.  For some reason, the magic word wasn't recognised and showed up as a missing template dependency.

Am I missing something or should this work?
