Steps to reproduce
1. start an empty sandbox (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:John_Vandenberg/mtgg?veaction=edit)
2. insert reference
3. use an existing reference

Expected results:
'Use an existing reference' should be disabled, as there are none to select.
