Currently when I'm logged out (http) and visit translatewiki.net I get "Language switched from Swedish" in Finnish on every page load. When I'm logged in (https) there is no popup and my language is set to Swedish.

Does this still happen? If so, I'm inclined to make this highest priority, as this is annoying.

Needs good steps to reproduce, so we can add integration tests for this (maybe also unit tests?)

I saw it from time to time, even recently, though I have never tried to reproduce it for debugging.

I added "testme". Needs a reproducible scenario.
