I cannot change the language to translate in since today.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:Translate?language=nl
2. Click "Nederland" on "Translate to Nederlands" (or a localised version of that)

Observed:
I. There are no languages to pick from. The language selector is empty.

Expected:
II. All supported languages can be selected.

Other information:
* Expected behavior is displayed for the URL https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:Translate?language=nl&uselang=en

Cannot reproduce. Is this fixed already?
