For example, the "I. C. Ho Chi Minh: Asian Tito?" entry in the chapter dropdown produces a link to [[I. C. Ho Chi Minh: Asian Tito]], not [[I. C. Ho Chi Minh: Asian Tito?]]

This has to do with misconfiguration of the labs wiki—something to do with misconfigured rewrite rules.
