Compare https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?namespace=&tagfilter=&target=Commons%3AVideo&showlinkedto=1&title=Special%3ARecentChangesLinked

and https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?namespace=&tagfilter=&target=Commons%3AVideo&showlinkedto=1&translations=noaction&title=Special%3ARecentChangesLinked

Specificly, note the " N Translations:Help:Contents/43/zh-hant‎; 04:49:56 . . (+68)‎ . . ‎Xiaomingyan (talk | contribs)‎ (←Created page with '**視訊轉換、上載和使用視訊文件指南')"

Translate extension filters Special:Recentchangeslinked even though the UI for filtering is not there. Although the special page does respond to url parameters, this is rather unintuitive. Given there is no UI for filtering, I would not expect filtering to take place. Expected behaviour is to have the filtering drop down on all subclasses of Special:Recentchanges.

The default filtering action is configured via global, so I would say this is expected behavior. I'm not opposed to having UI there.
