There are no docs or examples how to use this.
(I could use it in in tool labs...)

This probably should be in the upstream issue tracker for jquery.uls in Github.

I added documentation about jquery.uls here: https://github.com/wikimedia/jquery.uls

The jquery.uls has multiple examples in the source code. See examples folder.

Feel free to ask for more clarification or documentaion in upstream (https://github.com/wikimedia/jquery.uls)

MediaWiki ULS is a wrapper around this jQuery plugin with lot of MW related customization.
