I was directed here by Chris McMahon.

Please set up http://he.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/ as a wiki that is similar to the Hebrew Wikipedia and fill it with some articles and tempates from that wiki. It needs to be similar to http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/ and usable for running Cucumber integration tests.

I have granted Amir the import rights on hewiki.  Seems he is going to import articles there.

I guess Amir now has all the permissions needed to populate the hewiki beta wiki :-]  If something is still missing, please reopen this bug.
