Description Sage Ross 2013-07-29 16:59:47 UTC
On an e-ink Kindle (a Paperwhite is what I'm testing on right now) using the built-in browser, the mobile interface looks great. (This is in contrast to the desktop version, which is significantly broken.)

I get prompted to log in when I tap the mobile edit icon. After login, the buttons appear accessible (not locked). The upload button gives a popup notification that the browser doesn't support uploads (fine). The edit button simply does nothing. It should either not be presented, or (preferably) it should work.

Incidentally, it *is* actually possible to edit on the desktop version on a Kindle.

Mmmm very odd. Sage can you tell me if when you click edit the address bar changes in any way? Also can you let me know it's useragent?
Comment 3 Sage Ross 2013-08-15 15:35:27 UTC
Hmmm... it works now!

For the record, the user agent is:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux armv7l like Android; en-us) AppleWebKit/531.2+ (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0 Safari/533.2+ Kindle/3.0+
Comment 4 Juliusz Gonera 2013-08-15 15:38:45 UTC
So you can't reproduce anymore? It might be that a commit I pushed a few weeks ago fixed it (it did for Android 2.x).
Comment 5 Sage Ross 2013-08-15 15:39:37 UTC
That's right, I can't reproduce it. Thanks (maybe)!
