diff off to one side

When you have link on one side of the page, the diff view is not usable.  Diff view is off the left side of the page, and it appears now to be attached to the link rather than the save button.

This is caused by the confusingly-named bug 52317 which we just fixed and are deploying now (sorry for the disruption); merging into that.
