When the talk icon is pressed on the mobile site, a message that says there are no active discussions for that article occasionally appears, when there are in fact active discussions for that article. This bug has only occured on Experimental mode, despite the talk feature also being available on Beta mode.

Which article did you notice this on? This could be due to various potential problems...

Unfortunately, I don't remember which article is was. I tried reproducing it, but it hasn't happened again.
