If I got to sidebar "Links" -> "My Requests" I get this page:
https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/request.cgi?requester=mybugs.mail%40gmail.com&requestee=mybugs.mail%40gmail.com&do_union=1&group=type&action=queue

Since this link shows "No requests.", it is not useful. Is this working for someone else?

Yes, it is working for me and shows two bug reports that I set ** flags** on. The query is not about bug reports. 

If you think that the naming is confusing, feel free to rephrase and reopen this ticket.
