Hello. Per community consensus (see URL), please enable "Extension:NewUserMessage" on ckb.wikipedia ($wmgNewUserMessageOnAutoCreate setting)
Please use default value for extension setting.

The patchset Gerrit change #78613 actually set the autocreate setting. Is this what you wanted?

No! I repeat again: please set "$wmgUseNewUserMessage" to true not "$wmgNewUserMessageOnAutoCreate".
$wmgNewUserMessageOnAutoCreate should be false!

More precisely, for the majority of the Wikimedia projects using this extension.
