different chapters express their interest to participate. The discussion took place at Wikimania in Honk Kong after Wiki loves monuments workshop. There was some questions and may be even more while organising a competition. This list is for international coordintion.

Well, about "initial list administrator's email address - a1@wikimediaukraine.org.ua secondary list administrator's email address (as a backup) bondareandre@gmail.com" a1@wikimediaukraine.org.ua and bondareandre@gmail.com are not mails of two different people, but two mails of same person :),
I don`t mind if intracer@gmail.com will be secondary, but creating the second bug just because you want to be an administrator is not a good solution.
