At Wikimania I asked Brion Vibber if there is a Wikipedia app for BlackBerry. Apparently there isn't. He pointed out the way to procees is to file a bug.

BlackBerry is a popular device in business and government around the globe. The audience might be small, but influential in the real world.

Please let me know what is done and not done for canvassing this bug.

We don't have BlackBerry on our roadmap for the Wikimedia mobile app team, but if someone's seriously interested in maintaining an unofficial official app I'd be happy to help. Keeping this open as an enhancement req.

This is the only ticket under "Unofficial Apps > other" and I am very tempted to close this ticket as WONTFIX because nobody is known to work on this.

Plus if anybody starts workiong on this, that person will start working on it because of personal interest, and not because of having seen this ticket.
