Please see the screenshot for problem.

Steps to reproduce
===================

1. Open https://ml.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bahadur_Shah_Zafar
2. Goto section 5 of the article and Edit that section using VE
3. Add one wiki link to any word in that section
4. Scroll back to top of the page.

This bug has been fixed and will be deployed to MW.org tomorrow for testing - sorry for the disruption. Merging with bug 52441.

Was the fix deployed on Wikimedia wikis?

It was deployed on 15 August on MediaWiki.org for testing. Now that testing is complete, we plan to release it to other Wikimedia wikis tomorrow, on 20 August.
