There should be an indicator if the article has changed since the saved
version (ie is/isn't the latest version), which when clicked shows the last 5 or 10 changes in its  history.

Otherwise a user will not easily be aware if a saved or viewed article is no longer up to date, or know that it might be worth re-loading it.


(A setting to "Check for updates" every 1/2/5/15/60 min may be useful too)

Marking resolved as we're starting new app codebase and will consider this for future.
