Table of contents display error

I am noticing a new problem with how Tables of Contents display on some pages: The last line of intro text before the TOC does not automatically push the TOC box down to a new line, and since the text appears to be aligned with the *bottom* of the TOC textbox, this creates a huge empty space between the beginning of the last sentence and the last few words of the intro (see attached screen grab).

If you grab the lower right corner of your browser and resize the browser horizontally, you will see the text moving to fit. In some cases, the text fits fine and the TOC properly begins on a new line after the intro text. But in others, this issue occurs. This seems to be a new thing; the pages I have noticed this on rendered fine before. (Example: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Meetup/Ada_Lovelace_Edit-a-thon_-_Harvard)

I don't know if this is a function of the responsive design that was built for the pages, but I'm wondering if the CSS can be adjusted so that the last line of text does not get cut off this way?

I have reproduced the problem in both Safari and Firefox, on two different Macs running OSX 10.7.

Thanks for checking it out.

Thanks for taking the time to report this!

I cannot reproduce the problem with Firefox 23 and being logged in:
Table of contents is shown *below* the line ending with "contributions to the STEM fields."

Confirming problem for Google Chrome 28 when not being logged in.
Both on 1440x900 pixel screen resolution.

This should no longer be happening thanks to Ib8e2801f.
