Description Erik Moeller 2013-08-19 17:50:12 UTC
The email formatting used for Echo's HTML emails is not mobile-friendly because it uses a fixed width (600px) table.

Also, yuck a presentational table... (some people need to use screenreaders)
Comment 2 Derk-Jan Hartman 2013-08-19 23:08:10 UTC
And yuck, deprecated table attributes: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_body_bgcolor.asp

Thanks, Benny!

This bug seems to be mostly fixed on test.wikipedia.org on my iPhone, and I look forward to seeing it deployed widely later today.

One last request: we still need to make the footer text smaller at the end of the message, as well as remove its indent. Perhaps our friends on the mobile team could help us figure out that last issue.

While its not perfect, this appears to be fixed, Is there still an issue on some platforms?
