When trying to create a new section on a blank talk page an API error is thrown. - an edit conflict ({"servedby":"mw1017","error":{"code":"editconflict","info":"Edit conflict detected"}}")

These are some sample parameters

Might be an API bug?

Seems to work on my local machine just fine..
