What I see after loading

Step to reproduce:
1. Log in on a Wikimedia website
2. Go to another one which have Echo enabled.

The link for notifications have not the styles it is supposed to have while you don’t reload the page…

That's a CA issue.

I think Echo just needs to add a listener to the centralauth-p-personal-reset hook?
