WikibaseDataModel\DataModel\Entity\Entity.php
still has a reference to Wikibase\Lib\GuidGenerator
in the newClaim() function..

This should be fixed so that WikibaseDataModel can be used without the whole of Wikibase.

Related to https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/82237/ which deprecates the method using GuidGenerator
