Description bennylin 2013-08-22 10:43:59 UTC
It's been a while since I was thinking about this request.

When an admin delete a page, he/she should be noticed if there's any linkbacks, and therefore taking proper actions. It might influence the decision (not to delete the page) too.

The notice can be shown while he/she was about to delete the page (?action=delete), or after the deed is done.

[moving from Wikimedia to MediaWiki as this would require implementing the feature in the MediaWiki software]
