When following links like these, people loose action, oldid etc. Visit [[Special:Permalink/569843617]] on en.wp, click on "mobile view" at the bottom and you get the current version instead of the specified old version.
The lack of a query string in the "Mobile view" link is only part of the issue: if you construct the URL by hand, like this: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?oldid=569843617 you don't get the expected old revision, you get a diff.
