On Bug 36729, when moving a page linked to a Wikidata item,
the item is updated automatically.
When moving for archiving or selective deletion,
leaving item is preferable to updating item.

I'll commit patch sets.

I am opposed to this change to be honest. Sorry. The way archiving is done there is broken. This will be used for other bad hacks unrelated to this that we really should not support - mainly linking to redirect.
I understand your usecase but we need to solve that in another way.
