I cannot install the app. I do have the previous version of WLM that worked last year installed . It asks if I want to install an update, but when i press Install i get an error message. The error message is "The app has not been installed" (but in Swedish). I have a Galaxy Nexus, Android 4.2.1.

Uninstall the previous app and then try again? This one will not be signed by Wikimedia Foundation's key (since this is a community maintained app now), and hence won't install over the older app. You *will* need to uninstall that one to install this.
