Do Scribunto and FlaggedRevs play well enough together for this to work? I think this should be enabled on testwiki or test2wiki first to check whether it works.
Also you need to show proper community consensus for the change. 2 users just discussing the change is not enough, given that the plwiktionary community has at least a dozen active contributors.

They do, several wikis have this enabled already, see e.g. bug 47337, bug 48043, bug 48297. Also, according to https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/62985/2 , this should already be enabled on all wikis. If it's not for pl.wikt, then that's a bug.

Raising severity to "major" since this blocks us from modifying widely used modules (every single change has to be accepted, or the invoked module removed, edited and introduced again to its containing template).
