The bar doesn't fix to the bottom of the page
Sometimes zoom in and out buttons mask the save button.

We may want to consider disabling the viewport for these browsers.

position:fixed is pretty borked on android 2.3 as I recall.

This patch and supporting real position fixed [1] solves this.
