We've been pretty consistent about trying to not expose the user to the ID of an entity too much. However there are requests to add it to the page itself. See http://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Paper_cuts#The_Q_number_is_nowhere_written_on_the_page

We need to discuss this.

Decision is to show a de-emphasized Qid next to the main label. It does not link anywhere.
