CSS -> LESS source maps would allow viewing (and maybe editing) applied LESS directly in the browser's inspector. See https://developers.google.com/chrome-developer-tools/docs/css-preprocessors , https://wiki.mozilla.org/DevTools/Features/CSSSourceMap (in development) and https://docs.google.com/document/d/1U1RGAehQwRypUTovF1KRlpiOFze0b-_2gc6fAH0KY0k/edit?pli=1 . less.js (https://github.com/less/less.js/issues/1050) has this, but I don't see mention for lessphp yet.

This is an enhancement for after we have LESS support in core.
