In the HTML email, the See also URL (in Removed/Added) is just the plain text of the URL.  It should be a link.

I would love to get this bug fixed. I have already started working on this bug.

Work has to happen and be accepted upstream in Bugzilla at mozilla.org; Wikimedia can then backport the patch once it has been accepted.
