Description T. Gries 2013-08-31 11:51:47 UTC
Hello, it appears that new bug report to Exension:AJAXPoll (which is in Bugzilla) are not automatically assigned to me ( mail@tgries.de ).

In https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/admin/groups/345 you can see, that I am the group owner.

I want to point you to a small issue, or non.issue, which could possibly be the reason:

The extension is correctly called "AJAXPoll" (i.e. without a space), but the bugzilla section is labelled "AJAX Poll" (i.e. with a space.), perhaps this prevents the match between bugzilla and gerrit. I don't know.

Please assist, or fix, thanks.

No, but you are in default CC (same for the other two authors).
You could set yourself as assignee when you work on fixing a report. However in case you are the only active developer left, you could also become default assignee...

There is no code anywhere that would try to match anything...
