Here is a practical example:
(using latest Firefox/Chrome, or another "modern" browser)
1. Go to [[ang:Beowulf]].
2. Set the font (Stæfcynn) to "Junicode"
3. Run $("body").css("-moz-font-feature-settings", '"ss02"')
..(note) On Webkit browsers, use -webkit instead of -moz
Result: it's like a whole different font
I believe that there should be some way, in the ULS interface, to switch between ss02 and non-ss02, or more generally any OpenType tags.
