List of tables in metawiki vs affected databases

The following replicated databases are missing the `ipblocks` table: testwikidatawiki, tyvwiki, viwikivoyage, and votewiki. They may also be missing other tables; see the attached comparison of metawiki (60 tables) with the above four (41 tables).

I'm not seeing missing tables in those databases (in particular, I do see ipblocks on the enumerated projects).

Please note that one cannot count tables as a basis of comparison -- as extensions are added and removed (and changed) from projects, new tables get created or altered differently, and general practice on Wikimedia projects is to not drop tables used by disabled extensions -- we never know when it'll come back.

enwiki, for instance, as more tables than you can shake a stick at (not all of which are replicated), and every single replicated project database has fewer than it.  :-)
