Logging on behalf of someone I know

User logged in, likely not autoconfirmed yet

Using Chrome 29.0.1547.62 m

Trying to add an external link to a wikivoyage page, ConfirmEdit intervenes. There is no box to enter the captcha into, and no button.

This occurred in the middle of a fix to the Javascript of Wikivoyage's ListingEditor, which did not accept CAPTCHA edits beforehand. Was totally fixed on 7th September.

Do I understand correctly that this also fixes the problem reported here?

Yep. Plus this had to do with a user javascript not correctly accepting the CAPTCHA and not ConfirmEdit per se.
