Description Quim Gil 2013-09-05 16:57:29 UTC
1. Install MobileFrontend in a fresh MediaWiki.
2. Don't define any custom logo.
3. In the mobile view, go to "Log in".

EXPECTED

No logo.

ACTUALLY

Big "W" logo.

Example:

http://espiral.org/b/index.php?title=Special:UserLogin&returntoquery=welcome%3Dyes?useformat=mobile

Are you sure you are running the latest MobileFrontend from master? I just removed $wgMobileFrontendLogo from my LocalSettings and the logo disappears. The CSS on your login page is old so I'm pretty sure this is due to running an old version.

ok

It is old, but it's the one you get for "1.21 (latest stable MediaWiki" when you click "Download snapshot" at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:MobileFrontend

https://git.wikimedia.org/log/mediawiki%2Fextensions%2FMobileFrontend.git/refs%2Fheads%2FREL1_21 (2013-03-15)

Is it safe to upgrade to the current "Production"?

It requires latest MW too.
