Bug only occurs in Firefox.

* Go to Special:CentralNotice as an admin user.
* Create a new campaign, with some error such as empty projects, or an existing name.
* Submit

The form will correctly come back with an error, but jquery multiselects will never attach.  Refreshing the page (including POST submission) will result in working multiselects!

Seems to be my FF and none other.
