Due to legal changes (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Israel_Summer_Time#2013.E2.80.93Present), the move from summer time in Israel is supposed to be in the end of October and not in September. The current Asia/Jer timezone in wikimedia servers is wrong.

Which means it's wrong in the ubuntu timezone files...

This shouldn't have ever actually been a problem - the timezone files should've been updated automatically in a reasonably short period.

Ops have fixed the issue causing this, so now we've just go to wait for puppet to run and force through any and all updates. Should be resolved completely in the next 24 hours or so (top side)
