Please set wmgEchoHelpPage to "//ckb.wikipedia.org/wiki/ویکیپیدیا:ئاگاداری" and set another parameters like fr.wikipedia. Thanks.

OK — I note the Echo extension is fully localized in Soranî, thank you for the translations!

Before to pick a date, note there is a checklist of steps to do.

I would recommend you note the checklist points you already have done, and then send a mail with all the information to Fabrice Florin (fflorin-at-wikimedia-dot-org) and/or Keegan Peterzell (kpeterzell-at-wikimedia-dot-org), as indicated on the release plan.

See https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/96536/ for a patch that enabled Echo on the last two wikis (dewiki and itwiki) and InitialiseSettings.php to confirm that comment 7 had been implemented.
