* On Special:MWOAuthConsumerRegistration, change pointer from oauth.net to a help page about OAuth
* Special:MWOAuthConsumerRegistration/propose, change help page as above; warn that this is for developers only; link to /propose changed to "Request OAuth Key for Developers"
