When looking at the page history of a deleted page, it would be helpful to be able to navigate through the deleted revisions just like you can with pages that aren't deleted with this navigation bar under the heading:

(diff) ← Older revision | Latest revision (diff) | Newer revision → (diff)

"Latest revision" could be changed to "Last revision" and be the last revision at the time of deletion, or just remove that one. The "Older" and "Newer" links would be the most helpful to add.
