Request change of name of project cy.wikisource.org Welsh Wikisource from Wicitestun to Wicidestun. Therefore project namespace should be Wicidestun and its talk namespace Sgwrs_Wicidestun. The change was discussed and agreed on Wikisource at https://cy.wikisource.org/wiki/Wicitestun:Y_Sgriptoriwm#Enw.27r_wefan.
I can't understand the discussion in Welsh, but I can see this change has been discussed with no obvious dissent, and all three recently-active users have commented there, so let's do this.

Oh dear. Comment 2 says that name is to be changed to Wikidestun. But it should be Wicidestun.
There is a comment at cy.wikipedia.org about the recent request for localisation of the wikisource logo, with a picture of the new logo. The text is "Wicidestun" - see https://cy.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wicipedia:Y_Caffi#Wicidestun. So perhaps there has been a typo in raising change 84221?
