Widely reported error where user contrib histories and watchlists are not updating. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:VPT#Updating_watchlist_and_user_contributions:_it.27s_not_happening

I can confirm this is not happening for me as well. For example: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Dopp_kit&diff=572948535&oldid=565077907 

That diff was saved at 23:17, September 14, 2013 and the screenshot taken several minutes later (23:22) of my contribs shows nada. Hard refresh does nothing.

Restart seems to have fixed the problem for me personally.
