Please allow bureaucrats to remove the translationadmin status on outreach.wikimedia.org.

Currently bureaucrats can remove sysop and bureaucrat, and add translationadmin, but not remove it.

I've posted a notice at https://outreach.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia:Village_pump#Allow_bureaucrats_to_de-translationadmin_on_outreachwiki, but not many people watch that page/

Since crats can already de-sysop and de-crat it seems only logical that they should be able to de-translationadmin as well!
