Please enable the Education Program on Czech Wikipedia (cs.wikipedia) with the default configuration.

The Czech community needs to finish up with translation, so I'm removing the shell keyword for now.

http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Education_Program#Configuration gives the ability to define $egEPSettings['dykCategory'] on a per-wiki basis, which was introduced to our wikis in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/81511/3/wmf-config/InitialiseSettings.php.

Does the community want to use the default English message ("MyCourses Did You Know"), or should we translate it into Czech?
