Like bug #51746, but for all extensions with REL1_19 branches.

Support in what way? Most of the test infrastructure does not specialise itself for one branch or the other. Certain tests have been disabled or made non-voting for branches where they're known to fail, but in general they should all run. This is no different for the REL1_19 of mediawiki-core or any given extension.
